Tickets can be paid for with cash, cheque (made payable to Theatre by the Lake), credit or debit card, except American Express or Diners Cards.

Discounts are available for most events if you are under-16 or in full-time education, over 60 and in retirement, registered unwaged or booking groups of 10 or more tickets for a single performance at one time. Only one discount per ticket.

All tickets will be sent by first class post for a charge of 50p, except those booked seven days or fewer before the performance, which will be held at the Tickets and Information for collection.

Reserved tickets not paid for within five days or no later than one hour before the performance, whichever is the sooner, will be released.

If you inform us up to 48 hours before the performance we will be happy to exchange your tickets, or hold a credit for you against a future booking. A fee of £1 per ticket will be charged for this service (limited to a maximum of £10 for group bookings). We regret that we are unable to give refunds unless the performance is cancelled.

Performance starting times vary. Please check the Programme and your tickets carefully as it may not be possible to admit latecomers.

The personal details required to administer your booking will be securely stored by Theatre by the Lake. Please tell us if you would like to join our free mailing list and receive information about Theatre by the Lake and related events. We will not pass on your details to third parties, unless you have given us permission to do so.

Our ticket and Information office is open between 9.30am and 8.00pm each day.
