As Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director and your role will be varied. In addition to providing support directly to the Executive Director and other members of the Executive, you’ll hold responsibilities within governance support and funding administration. You’ll also be involved in the administration of some of our HR activities, but don’t worry if you don’t have experience of this as you’ll work with our HR advisors.
You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and find it easy to work with both internal and external colleagues in a positive and professional way to get things done!
You’ll ideally have experience of working with Senior Executives, Chairs or Boards and you’ll be the type of person who can work on a multitude of tasks at the same time whilst ensuring discretion and accuracy are maintained.
We’re in one of the most picturesque locations in the country, even on a rainy day, but if you’d prefer a hybrid working arrangement then we’re happy to consider it. We’re also happy to consider the role as a job share if this is something that would be of interest to candidates.
This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team, in a forward thinking, dynamic theatre so if you think this might be the next role for you then please get in touch!
