One dark and stormy night Brandon and his friend Granillo decide to throw a dinner party for some illustrious friends. A mysterious locked chest serves as the supper table and it’s not long before the guests are guessing why the chest is there and what might be hidden within. But something is very wrong and a quick-witted dinner guest begins to pick up the trail of an unimaginable crime.

This gripping noir thriller, supposedly based on a real life case and famously filmed by Alfred Hitchcock, transforms the ‘whodunnit’ into the ‘will they get away with it?’, depicting the jazz age generation wallowing in privilege, booze and self-obsession.

Directed by Liz Stevenson
Designed by Carla Goodman
