Facilities & Maintenance Manager
You’ll have previous facilities management experience, ideally in a public venue along with a relevant Health and Safety Qualification as you’ll also oversee the day to day management of our health and safety.

Terms and conditions
• Salary – £31,340
• Hours – 40 hours – over either 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday.
• Type of Contract – Permanent
• Holiday Entitlement – 31 Days per annum (including Bank Holidays) plus Christmas Day
• Pension – 5% Employee Pension contribution and 3% Employer Pension Contribution
