How to Book

Head to the show page, go to ‘Book Now’ and choose your seats. You can then click ‘Continue Browsing’ to choose the next show in the deal. Once all the tickets are in your basket, the discount will be applied.

Terms & Conditions

• You must book a ticket for all shows in the deal before the discount will apply.
• You must buy full price tickets (the discount will not work if you apply a concession e.g. Under 26 or Under 16 ticket)
• If you are a Best Friends member (or above), your additional discount will not apply until you have logged in to your account
• Preview and Relaxed performances are excluded from the Season Saver Deal and the Members Super Saver Deal (these are clearly marked online)
• These deals are available on Price Band 1 and Price Band 2 seats only.
• Theatre by the Lake does not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled. We are happy to exchange tickets up to 48 hours before the event for another date in the run of the same production for a fee of £1.50. If you are a Member you may also exchange your tickets up to 48 hours before the event for TBTL credit. Please see the Members page for more information. All requests for exchanges or changes to an order must be made by the individual that booked the tickets. We are unable to process requests by third parties.
