Head of Finance and Administration

We're looking for an experienced Head of Finance and Administration to provide strong financial leadership that ensures robust governance, accurate reporting and strategic planning for Theatre by the Lake’s sustainability and growth.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, this post will lead the Finance and Administration function of Cumbria Theatre Trust and its subsidiaries, ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting and effective administrative support. The role includes acting as Company Secretary and overseeing IT infrastructure, Insurance and office administration.

Terms and Conditions

  • Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Theatre by the Lake, Keswick
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Leave: 31 days per year including public holidays
