Big Fish Fringe Fest – Kelly Rickard: Burning Love
Saturday 25 July | 6pmThe first Big Fish Comedy (mini) Fringe Festival will showcase four comics performing their hour-long shows ahead of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer.
Kelly Rickard’s Burning Love is not, as it first sounds, a tale of a nasty bout of cystitis. But rather, an hour of stand up and song from the multi-award winning comic, Kelly Rickard. Before becoming a stand up, Kelly toured as a singer. What happens on tour stays on tour, right? That is, unless you’re a stand up, and you’ve got a show to write. In which case you tell it all.
Steph Bradshaw, host of Big Fish Comedy Club says “She tore the roof off when she performed at Theatre By the Lake in May as part of our regular comedy night, I had to get her back so we can all see the whole show! She’s an absolute STAR!”
