The Odd Couple

It’s The Odd Couple by Neil Simon, but not as you might know it! In this version the genders are switched, and policewoman Olive hosts her friends for a night of Trivial Pursuits.

When they fear Florence may harm herself after being thrown out by her husband, Olive takes her in. But here the difficulties begin, as the fastidious Florence attempts to clean up Olive’s contentedly messy lifestyle. When Olive organises a double date with their Spanish neighbours, their differences come to a head and sparks fly.
