Always challenging and thought-provoking and with plenty of opportunities for discussion and debate, what can be better than 5 days with some of the best thinkers, writers and commentators in the country in one of the most beautifully-situated theatres?

How to enjoy the festival

As well as individual tickets for each event, there are other ticket options available too.

• A 3-Day Festival Pass grants entry to all Main House events (subject to availability) from Wed 5 June- Fri 7 June inclusive and costs £160 for 16 events
• A Weekend Festival Pass grants entry to all Main House events (subject to availability) on Sat 8 June and Sun 9 June and costs £90 for 9 events
• A Studio Day Ticket grants entry to all Studio events (subject to availability) on one specific themed day:
  • Wed 5 June: Self and Identity – 5 events – £50
  • Thu 6 June: Bookcase Day – 5 events – £50
  • Fri 7 June: Women in History – 5 events – £50
  • Sat 8 June: On Our Doorstep – 5 events – £50
  • Sun 9 June: Journeys – 4 events – £40
