Customer Experience Advisor

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor to join our busy Customer Experience team.

You’ll ideally have previous experience in a customer service-related role and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience. This is a permanent role working an average of 40 hours per week.

Terms and Conditions
Hours: Average of 40 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Sunday. Evening and weekend working will be included. 20 hours per week over 3 days Monday to Sunday would be considered.

Holiday Entitlement: 31 Days per annum (including Bank Holidays) plus Christmas Day (Full time equivalent)

Salary: £27,976

Type of Contract: Permanent

Pension: 5% Employee Pension contribution and 3% Employer Pension Contribution
